For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout. Familiarity with these terms will help you understand your rights and obligations as a registered player on the 368ph platform.

By accessing, registering on, or using any service provided by 368ph, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, including all documents incorporated by reference, such as the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 368ph with respect to your use of the platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the 368ph platform and must not register or maintain an account. Your continued use of the platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Access to and use of the 368ph platform is strictly subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied continuously for the duration of your account's existence:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which you hold an active 368ph account. This age restriction is mandated by PAGCOR regulations applicable to online gaming in the Philippines.
• Residency & Jurisdiction: You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is lawfully permitted. It is your sole responsibility to verify that your use of the 368ph platform does not violate any law applicable in your location.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable Philippine law. Minors and individuals who lack contractual capacity are strictly prohibited from registering.
• Exclusion Status: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether voluntarily applied through 368ph's responsible gaming tools or pursuant to any applicable regulatory directive.
• Not a Prohibited Person: You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or officer of 368ph or any associated company, nor a close relative of such individuals, unless explicit written authorization has been granted.

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) registered account on the 368ph platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts.

When registering your 368ph account, you agree to the following obligations:

• All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date at all times. Deliberately providing false or misleading registration details constitutes fraud and may be reported to relevant Philippine authorities.
• You must register using your legal name as it appears on a valid government-issued Philippine identification document. Nicknames, aliases, or pseudonyms are not permitted.
• Your registered mobile number must be a valid, active Philippine number. This number is used for account verification, two-factor authentication, and withdrawal processing.
• You are responsible for notifying 368ph promptly if any of your registration details change, particularly your contact number, email address, or bank account details linked to your wallet.
• You may not register on behalf of another person or allow another person to use or operate your 368ph account.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 368ph account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. 368ph strongly recommends that all players enable two-factor authentication (2FA), available in account settings.

• You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• You must not allow any other person to access or operate your 368ph account, whether for gaming, withdrawal, or any other purpose.
• You must notify 368ph customer support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
• 368ph will never request your password via email, SMS, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication claiming to be from 368ph and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent.
• Any activity conducted through your account while your credentials are in use — including bets placed, bonuses claimed, and withdrawals initiated — shall be considered to have been authorized by you, unless you have notified 368ph of a security compromise prior to that activity.

All funds deposited into your 368ph account are held in Philippine Pesos (PHP). No currency conversion is applied to deposits made via Philippine payment methods. Accepted deposit methods currently include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

• Deposits must originate from a payment account or method registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits — funds deposited from an account held by another person — are strictly prohibited.
• The minimum single deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply and vary by payment method and player tier.
• Deposits are generally processed and credited to your 368ph wallet in real time for GCash and PayMaya. Bank transfer processing times are subject to the operating hours and policies of the relevant Philippine bank.
• 368ph does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits. However, your payment provider (e.g., your bank or GCash) may apply their own transaction charges, which are your responsibility.
• 368ph reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of funds for deposits that exceed threshold amounts consistent with AMLA compliance obligations.

Withdrawal requests from verified 368ph accounts are processed to the same payment method used for deposit (i.e., GCash to GCash, BPI to BPI, etc.). Withdrawals to a different account or payment method than the one used for deposit require additional verification and are processed at 368ph's sole discretion.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Maximum withdrawal limits apply and vary by player verification tier and payment method.
• Before any withdrawal is processed, your identity must be verified in accordance with our KYC procedures. Withdrawal requests from unverified accounts will be held pending completion of identity verification.
• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes during standard operating hours. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank are typically processed within 1–3 hours during banking hours.
• Bonus funds are not directly withdrawable. Only Real Money Funds and winnings that have satisfied all applicable wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal.
• 368ph reserves the right to delay any withdrawal for additional security and compliance checks. You will be notified if additional documentation is required.
• In the event of suspected fraud, chargebacks, or any investigation under AMLA, 368ph may freeze withdrawal processing pending resolution. This is not punitive but is required under Philippine regulatory obligations.

368ph offers various promotional offers, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programs, and VIP tier rewards from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the offer, as well as the general conditions set out in this section.

• Each bonus offer specifies a wagering requirement — the number of times the bonus amount (and, where stated, the associated deposit) must be wagered before any withdrawal is permitted. Wagering requirements are clearly stated on all 368ph bonus pages and must be satisfied using only eligible game categories.
• Bonuses are issued to a single account per household, per device, per IP address, and per registered mobile number. Attempts to claim multiple bonuses through separate accounts constitute bonus abuse and will result in account closure.
• Bonus funds expire if not used within the time period specified in the applicable promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are forfeited and will not be reinstated.
• 368ph reserves the right to refuse, withdraw, or recalculate any bonus if it believes, in its reasonable judgment, that a bonus has been claimed through fraudulent means, advantage play, or in violation of these Terms.
• If a withdrawal is requested while a bonus is active, 368ph may, at its discretion, require the bonus and any associated winnings to be forfeited before the withdrawal proceeds.
• No bonus may be transferred between accounts or redeemed for cash outside of the applicable wagering and withdrawal framework.

All games offered on the 368ph platform operate pursuant to specific game rules, which are accessible within each game environment. In addition to game-specific rules, the following general conditions apply to all gaming activity on 368ph:

• All wagers are final once placed and confirmed. 368ph does not accept cancellation requests for settled bets or completed game rounds.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, server error, or interruption that affects the outcome of a game or bet, 368ph reserves the right to declare the affected round void and return the wagered amount to the player's wallet.
• Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are calculated over statistically significant sample sizes and represent long-run theoretical averages. Individual gaming sessions may return significantly above or below the published RTP figure.
• Game rules and payout tables are subject to change with reasonable notice provided on the platform. Any changes will not affect bets already placed prior to the effective date of the change.
• 368ph live casino games are hosted by third-party studio providers under contractual arrangements with 368ph. Live game conduct rules are set by these providers and are binding on all players in those game environments.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 368ph platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to Philippine law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment methods, or impersonating another person.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players in a manner designed to gain unfair advantage in any game, particularly in poker-style and multi-player game formats.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematic exploitation of bonus structures through multi-accounting, arbitrage play, or other methods designed to extract bonus value outside the spirit of promotional offers.
• Money Laundering: Using the 368ph platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from criminal activity, or to obscure the origin of illegally obtained funds.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets, analyze game patterns, or interact with the platform in place of manual human play.
• Technical Exploitation: Exploiting software bugs, RNG vulnerabilities, or any technical defect in the platform to gain an advantage or extract funds.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargeback claims with your payment provider for deposits made to your 368ph account.
• Underage Gaming: Allowing any person under 21 years of age to access or operate your 368ph account under any circumstances.

All intellectual property rights in the 368ph platform, including but not limited to the 368ph brand name, logo, website design, software architecture, game content licensed to 368ph, marketing materials, and all other proprietary content, are owned by or licensed to 368ph and are protected by applicable Philippine intellectual property laws and international conventions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 368ph platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This license does not permit you to copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise exploit any content or technology on the 368ph platform for any purpose other than legitimate personal gaming use.

368ph collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on the 368ph platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

Your personal information is used for account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, and compliance with Philippine regulatory requirements including AMLA and relevant PAGCOR directives. 368ph does not sell your personal information to unaffiliated third parties. 368ph is committed to providing a safe gaming environment and supports responsible gaming as a fundamental aspect of platform operations. The following responsible gaming provisions are binding on all users of the 368ph platform:

• Age Restriction: All gaming activities on 368ph are strictly restricted to persons aged 21 years and above, as required by Philippine regulations.
• Self-Exclusion: Any player may request self-exclusion from the 368ph platform at any time via account settings or by contacting live chat support. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the duration of the exclusion period selected. During self-exclusion, the player's account will be suspended and access to all gaming services will be blocked.

• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary cooling-off period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days during which account access will be suspended.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 368ph's liability to any player in connection with these Terms, the platform, or any gaming activity shall be limited to the amount of Real Money Funds held in that player's account at the time the claim arises.

368ph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or loss of data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, regardless of whether 368ph has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Without limiting the foregoing, 368ph shall not be liable for:

• Any interruption, delay, or failure of the platform due to factors beyond 368ph's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet connectivity issues, power outages, third-party service failures, or acts of nature.
• Any losses arising from a player's failure to maintain account security or resulting from unauthorized access to the player's account where that access was facilitated by the player's own negligence.
• Any losses arising from a player's reliance on inaccurate information provided by third parties in relation to 368ph's services.
• Any gaming losses incurred as a result of legitimate game outcomes or variance, regardless of the player's expectations or any prior winning streaks.

368ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Submission of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested.
• Suspected involvement in money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Violation of applicable Philippine gaming regulations or any other applicable law.
• Any activity that 368ph reasonably believes may harm the integrity of the platform, its other players, or its operational partners.

Upon account closure for cause, 368ph reserves the right to withhold or forfeit any bonus funds, pending bonuses, and any winnings derived from prohibited activity. Real Money Funds held at the time of closure for non-fraudulent compliance reasons will be returned to the player via the original payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 368ph platform.

Prior to initiating any formal legal action, you agree to first contact 368ph's customer support team in good faith to attempt to resolve the dispute through direct communication. 368ph commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 2 business days and to providing a substantive response within 10 business days.

368ph reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any provision of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number on file, and/or via a prominent notice on the 368ph platform, at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change.

Your continued use of the 368ph platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting customer support. All terms in effect at the time of any gaming activity, deposit, or withdrawal shall govern that specific transaction regardless of subsequent amendments.
